Important: VizBack is a visibility enhancement tool, NOT a safety or crash-prevention device. It is designed to help riders be more visible on the road — it does not prevent accidents, detect vehicles, or guarantee safety.
By using this product, you agree that:
You use VizBack at your own risk.
You will not upload or display red or blue flashing lights, or any imagery that could be mistaken for police or emergency signals.
You will not display offensive, obscene, or unlawful content.
You are fully responsible for the images, text, and other content you choose to display.
You understand that VRobotics LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, property damage, or legal issue resulting from use or misuse of the product.
By turning on or using the backpack or app, you agree to follow all local traffic and display laws.
In short: VizBack helps you be seen — but it’s still your responsibility to ride safely, obey the law, and use good judgment on the road.
VIZBACK PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & SAFETY NOTICE

Company: VRobotics LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (“VRobotics”)
1. Purpose of Product
The VizBack smart LED backpack Product (VizBack) is intended solely as a visibility enhancement accessory for riders of motorcycles, bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, and other open-vehicle transport. The Product is NOT a certified safety device, brake light, or signaling system and should not be relied upon to prevent accidents, detect hazards, or replace any legally required lighting or signaling equipment.
2. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or using the Product, the user acknowledges and agrees that use of the Product involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of accidents, personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims. The user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use or misuse of the Product.
3. User-Generated Content
Users may upload, modify, or display custom content (including text, images, GIFs, or drawings) through the VizBack mobile application. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that such content complies with all applicable laws and does not:
Mimic emergency or law enforcement lights (including red or blue flashing content).
Contain obscene, vulgar, offensive, or defamatory material.
Violate any local, state, or federal regulations.
VRobotics LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate use of the Product or app if the user violates these content restrictions.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRobotics LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use, misuse, or malfunction of the Product or mobile application.
5. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VRobotics LLC from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:
(a) misuse of the Product,
(b) violation of this Disclaimer, or
(c) display of user-generated content that causes harm, offense, or confusion.
6. VRobotics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a 90-day limited warranty for the VizBack smart backpack and all included electronic components. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal, intended use.
What Is Covered
For 90 days from the date of delivery, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product or component that is found to have a manufacturing defect, including:
- LED screen defects (dead pixels, non-functioning segments, electrical defects)
- Internal wiring or PCB failures
- Faulty power systems or charging ports
- Zipper or strap defects due to poor manufacturing
- Bluetooth module hardware failure
What Is NOT Covered
This 90-day warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, spills, or exposure to liquids
- Damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, abrasions)
- Damage resulting from improper installation, accessories not provided by VizBack, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Software issues caused by third-party apps, unsupported devices, or user modifications
How to Request Warranty Service

We may request that the product be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.
Limitation of Liability
The product is provided “as is” and this 90-day limited warranty replaces any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from misuse or failure of the product.
7. Compliance
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable traffic, lighting, and display laws in their jurisdiction.
8. Governing Law
This Disclaimer and all related terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
