Thank you for supporting V Robotics. The information below explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and costs for your order.
1. Shipping Regions
At this time, V Robotics ships to addresses within the United States only (including the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii).
We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During high-demand periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes).

The free shipping threshold is calculated per order, not across multiple separate orders.
Orders under $100

Orders with a subtotal below $100 (after discounts, before taxes) will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after you receive the tracking email for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Pre-Order / Backorder Items (If Used)
If an item is sold on a pre-order or backorder basis:

Your order confirmation email will indicate that the product is a pre-order or backorder.

Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page or in your confirmation email.

Your order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together when all items are available.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order:

Contact us as soon as possible at support@stayvizible.com with your order number and the correct address.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address. In that case, you may need to contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, VizBack/VRobotics LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stayvizible.com with your order number and photos.
We will review each case and work with you on the next steps, which may include a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.

10. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all VizBack products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

The product must be in like-new condition, with no physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of misuse.

All original accessories, cables, packaging, and components must be included.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications are not eligiblefor the money-back guarantee.
How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
