What is VizBack?

VizBack is a smart LED backpack designed to increase rider visibility using a fully customizable LED display connected to the VizBack mobile app.

How does VizBack work?

VizBack connects via Bluetooth. The app lets you upload images, GIFs, animations, or text and control brightness, brake mode, and screen effects.

What’s the difference between VizBack and VizBack Pro?

VizBack Pro has a higher-resolution screen and double the battery capacity, making it brighter and sharper.

Is VizBack waterproof?

VizBack is weather-resistant and can handle light rain, but it should not be submerged or sprayed directly with water.

How long does the battery last?

VizBack: 6–8 hours
VizBack Pro: 12–14 hours, depending on brightness and animation style.

Can I upload my own designs?

Yes. You can upload images, GIFs, draw your own graphics, or use built-in seasonal content packs.

Does VizBack detect braking automatically?

Yes — the accelerometer triggers Brake Mode any time deceleration is detected.

Is it legal to use?

Yes, as long as you avoid animations resembling police or emergency lighting (please refer to VizBack Terms & Conditions).

Does VizBack work with any motorcycle or vehicle?

Yes, it works with motorcycles, bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, and backpacks.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $100 or more.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

After processing (2–3 business days):

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

My tracking isn’t updating.

Carriers may take 24–48 hours to update tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

The hoodie is made from a high-quality cotton/poly blend with premium embroidery.

Is it unisex?

Yes. Sizes range from XS–XXXL.

How do I wash it?

Wash cold, tumble dry low.
Do not iron directly over embroidery.

Will you release more designs?

Yes — new seasonal colors and limited-edition drops are coming.

Only one at a time, but devices can switch by re-pairing.
